Other Information

Before you come in:

*Please come in comfortable, easy to move in clothing as you will usually be clothed during your session. No jeans please!

*I recommend hydrating a little extra before your session.

*If this is your first session with me, please come 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork. We don’t want to cut into your session!

After you leave:

*Drink lots of water! Our bodies are 70-80% water, so staying hydrated can help your body process and integrate the work more efficiently and easily.

*I recommend, if possible, giving yourself an hour or two to rest and integrate before jumping back into normal life. This will help to retain the work and continue the healing process.

*IMPORTANT! If your session included cupping or scraping, please follow these directions exactly! Cupping and scraping open up the skin layer- our protective layer. If you do not keep the area protected after a treatment, you can get sick.

After getting cupped or scraped, keep the treated area covered and warm. Do not get the area wet for at least 4 to 5 hours and try to stay out of the elements. Do not put ice on the area.

It is recommended to consume warm, nourishing things after a cupping treatment, such as teas and soups.

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

If you are sick or feel like you’re getting sick, please let me know and we’ll reschedule. If you come in showing any symptoms of Covid, flu, or cold, not allergy related, session will be cancelled.
